Mikel

I'll probably have to make this several post because one would not quantify how much fun I had this past weekend! One of my best friends, Mikel, came to visit me. The nice thing about her is that she already loves NYC and is interested in finding new ways to make this city great. First, let me say, her company alone was enough to fill my heart. I miss good friendship dearly and this was such a "cup filling" weekend. Thanks Mikel. Alright, things we did-first she came to town this weekend specifically because it was a huge football weekend in the state she lives-Texas, so why not come to NYC to celebrate a little OU/Texas beat down. Our first stop was the OU Alumni bar-SNAP. One of the girls we grew up with is the president of the club, so we got the low down and were told to come early. Good thing we did, this place was literally packed at kick off. We found a nice little booth in the back corner to see the tvs and people watch. What a great game!
