Knowing the G-men are my fav and that the one year I live here they go to the SuperBowl-we had to celebrate. We decided to let David Burke cater and everyone else bring little treats/alcohol. The party was a huge success, even our doormen wanted to partake!
- 1 dozen Pigs in Comforters with fresh mozzarella and deli-mustard dipping sauce
- 1 pound of buffalo-chicken-and-blue-cheese meatballs with celery and carrot sticks
- 1 pound of panko-crusted chicken tenders with honey-mustard dipping sauce
- 1 pound of pulled pork
- 1 dozen potato-slider mini rolls
- 1 quart of beef chili over dirty rice
- 1 quart of caramel corn
- 1 quart of General Manager Evan's family recipe scrumptious bar mix
- 10 pieces of fried mac 'n' cheese
pretty amazing!! as you can tell, i hosted-thus the paper plates.
Gaby made these sweet treats. The ones with sticks are cake dots and the sprinkles are mini-cupcakes. Wish I had a pic, but it's on my pintrest page, so check out the lemonade with vodka and beer. This punch was perfect, almost too good!
The boys were worn out from all the excitement with the win!
GO GMEN. Had to go celebrate after the win, kept my red jeans and giant blue top on as we ventured out to the local bar. Great night, great win-once in a lifetime-superbowl champs!!
